MJ Aviation was founded in 2025 by two pilots with a shared goal: to make aircraft leasing, hour building, and aircraft sales as seamless and accessible as possible. Built on firsthand experience within the aviation industry, the company was created to simplify complex processes while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Michael Footitt

Michael is an experienced Airbus pilot and the founder of FlyFair Training, with a career built on real-world airline operations and high professional standards. Drawing on thousands of hours on Airbus aircraft and a deep understanding of aircraft performance, utilisation, and operator requirements, he now brings that frontline expertise to MJ Aviation.

As Co-owner of MJ Aviation, Michael combines pilot insight with commercial awareness to deliver aircraft leasing, rental, and sales solutions that are practical, transparent, and aligned with how aircraft are actually flown, maintained, and valued in today’s market.

Jack Jenner-Hall

Jack has been in aviation since the age of 11, where he started of in gliders. Eight years later, is still gliding, has a PPL and currently studying for his ATPL's. He has experience in Private Jet operations which include jet and charter sales.

Jack will be at the end of the phone 24/7, making sure that your leasing, sales or hour building needs are tended to swiftly.
